It's been a red hot July and August and reds have been loving it. With lots of wind and a small hurricane we have been fishing the backwaters a lot. The red drum bite has been good and when the ocean is nice the Spanish mackerel have been chewing. Flounder season is now approaching so more excitement is on the way.
